Working together
How are responsibilities handled?
SullySoft provides independent advice, recommendations, and agreed project deliverables. Your organization appoints an internal sponsor who retains decision authority and responsibility for budgets, risk acceptance, compliance, and ongoing operations.
Engagements do not include appointment as an officer, acting executive, CISO, or designated owner of your security or compliance program.
